Hoddesdon Farmer's Market has been a feature in the town's centre on the third Friday of every month for over a year, as the first farmers market was held in April 2002.
Fresh produce available will include beef, lamb, homemade cakes and breads, preserves, bottled pickles and relishes, honey, and ornamental pot plants. The farmer's market is situated alongside the usual market stalls in a dedicated area behind the Clock Tower.
Markets are held at Hoddesdon every Wednesday and Friday and attract up to 70 stall holders and a host of shoppers. Markets are also held at Waltham Cross town centre on these days.
Producers interested in attending the farmers markets should contact the council on 01992 785543 for further details.
