Local mum, Kathy Newport, has set up the Harpenden and district edition of the growing community website www.netmums.com. The site aims to provide much needed information and support for parents in Harpenden and the surrounding areas and is part of the netmums network - a co-operative grass roots venture set up and written by mums for mums.
