Get cycling with Hertfordshire County Council...(10th June 2011)
National Bike Week starts on June 18 and Hertfordshire County Council is encouraging residents to get on their bikes.
If you want to find out about cycling in Hertfordshire visit Cycleweb, your county council's cycling website that brings together everything you need to know about cycling in Hertfordshire. The website includes online cycle maps, events for cyclists and tips for keeping yourself safe on Hertfordshire's busy roads. You can view Cycleweb on www.hertsdirect.org/cycleweb
A new addition to the website this year is a link to an online cycle journey planner that helps you identify the most suitable cycling route for your journey. The planner can be viewed directly on www.transportdirect.info
