Paradise Wildlife Park is situated 2 miles west of Hoddesdon and is highly popular with children. To the east of Hoddesdon is Lee Valley Park, an extensive park with walks, cycling, watersports and boating. At one of the entrances to the park is Rye House Gatehouse which you can visit.
