Little Hadham is situated about 2 miles north of its larger namesake, Much Hadham. Just south of Little Hadham lies the even smaller Hadham Ford.
As with all the Hadhams, the village is situated in the valley of the River Ash. Little Hadham has attractive timber framed cottages and also has a windmill, which now lies in ruins. A medieval church, St Cecilia's, is situated in the nearby hamlet of Church End and dates from the 15th century.
The nearest pub is The Nags Head in Hadham Ford.
